Description

Expedition aimed to characterise the habitat usage and assess the potential recovery of pelagic predators, particularly sharks, a team of scientists from the Zoological Society of London (ZSL), Stanford University, University College London and University of Windsor travelled to the Chagos Archipelago to attach tags to these fish, as well as take samples for genetic and isotopic analysis. This was the first time an expedition was based from Diego Garcia. The expedition also included a small dcumentary making team.
